I initially sent in my application after hearing about the internship through my school. I got a call a couple weeks later (the recruiter was on vacation). The first interview was a 1:1 interview and consisted of her asking me basic questions. She asked about my hobbies and what kind of person I was. The second interview was with the Director of Interns and he also asked basic questions. The third interview was a presentation where I had to answer four questions. You have to tell them how you'll benefit the program and how the program will benefit you.

Was told about the program and how I would need to get certified to sell life insurance in order to participate in the program. The interviewer was laid back and relaxed. It was a group interview.
