J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Northwestern Mutual (Durham, NC) en avr. 2013
Entretien
Three separate interviews, first one they didn't even ask for a cover letter or resume. Asked for me to give them three potential interns, as if their recruiting just wasn't finding enough people. Second interview was in person, but still didn't even go over a resume. Before getting paid anything, you have to get licensed to sell life and health insurance, and pay to take these tests along with getting fingerprinted twice, and get a copy of your permanent record, all of which you have to pay for out of pocket. The actual Internship consists of cold calling "contacts" and trying to badger them into buying your product. Overall, not an enjoyable internship.

Question 1
Did not ask any difficult questions, they seemed almost desperate to hire as many college interns as possible
Straightforward process, interviewed with them on campus. They provided the information I needed. I decided to not move ahead with the interview process as it did not align with my goals, but the interviewers were cordial and professional.
Felt like they were selling me something the whole time. Super easy to talk to, but something just felt off the whole time. Had multiple phases of them explaining why they're so perfect and great to work for (massive selection bias in some of their numbers)
