Initial phone screening with recruiter, followed by phone interview with College Unit Director. Asked to interview 10 people with a provided questionnaire about the position and company. 1 on 1 interview in the office which is where I was offered the position. Some candidates reported having to do a presentation for the recruiter and college unit directors.

There were four or five interviews, if you count the meeting with my future mentor. There were also a few personality assessments. Lots of paperwork. The finance industry is tightly regulated.
