The hiring process for Northwestern Mutual is fairly extensive. It is a series of three interviews and during which they ask you to fill out market surveys and a powerpoint to sell yourself to the manager. The first interview is with a campus recruiter and is a behavioral interview The second interview is with a Fincanial Representative in which they explain NMFN's life insurance products to you then ask you to fill out market surveys with local prfessionals and to prepare a powerpoint on why you should work there The third interview is with the Managing Director and the first two interviewers in which you go over your powerpoint and market surveys
