J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Northwestern Mutual (King of Prussia, PA) en févr. 2013
Entretien
Relative met a recruiter a I sent my resume, got a phone interview which was the first of 3 steps in the process, but backed out when I found out through the first interview and glassdoor.com that the job was not only just selling insurance, but doing so to your friends and family.
Straightforward process, interviewed with them on campus. They provided the information I needed. I decided to not move ahead with the interview process as it did not align with my goals, but the interviewers were cordial and professional.
Felt like they were selling me something the whole time. Super easy to talk to, but something just felt off the whole time. Had multiple phases of them explaining why they're so perfect and great to work for (massive selection bias in some of their numbers)
