J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez Northwestern Mutual (Ames, IA) en févr. 2011
Entretien
I had an interview with and HR employee at the local Northwestern Mutual Office. The interview was pretty standard - she read the questions off of a sheet and filled my answers as I talked. Mostly a behavioral interview. She was very nice and after I was done she set up the next interview in the process. For this one I was supposed to make a powerpoint and bring in some potential sales leads that I would have. I accepted another offer though so I never had the second interview.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
She asked me how I felt about sales and if I'd had any previous experience. I didn't really know it was pretty much entirely a sales position.
Straightforward process, interviewed with them on campus. They provided the information I needed. I decided to not move ahead with the interview process as it did not align with my goals, but the interviewers were cordial and professional.
Felt like they were selling me something the whole time. Super easy to talk to, but something just felt off the whole time. Had multiple phases of them explaining why they're so perfect and great to work for (massive selection bias in some of their numbers)
