J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Northwestern Mutual
Entretien
I initially submitted a resume and cover letter before being invited to an information session. There were four other students who various universities in the Bay (Santa Clara, Berkeley) who were applying for the intern position. In the beginning, the recruiter told us a bit about the job and then asked us whether we had any questions. After roughly half hour, the group interview was over. Within 24 hours, I received an e-mail inviting me to a more formal in-depth interview, the second of three interviews, where I would be responsible for giving a 5-10 minute presentation about what impresses you about northwestern, how would the program benefit you, how would it benefit the company, what is role as an intern, what makes you a good speaker, and how you would overall fit in with the company. After researching more about the company, I realized that this internship was not for me so I did not go for the second interview. What changed my mind was watching some youtube videos and reading reviews from previous interns about their experience.

Question 1
How can we benefit from having you work for our Company?
Straightforward process, interviewed with them on campus. They provided the information I needed. I decided to not move ahead with the interview process as it did not align with my goals, but the interviewers were cordial and professional.
Felt like they were selling me something the whole time. Super easy to talk to, but something just felt off the whole time. Had multiple phases of them explaining why they're so perfect and great to work for (massive selection bias in some of their numbers)
