I applied on a Saturday night, was contacted the following Monday, and scheduled an interview for that Wednesday. Staff was personable, interview was easy (basic knowledge of company req'd,) office environment was pleasant. The woman I met was very nice, had to take a brief personality exam after the interview.

There were four or five interviews, if you count the meeting with my future mentor. There were also a few personality assessments. Lots of paperwork. The finance industry is tightly regulated.
