Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Northwestern Mutual (Baltimore, MD) en avr. 2011
Entretien
All interviews were very similar, asking me to describe situations I failed and what I learned etc. They then asked me to interview ten people with a set of about 5 financial questions and report to them what I found. The last interview was a presentation discussing what I had found and what I thought from the people's answers.
Straightforward process, interviewed with them on campus. They provided the information I needed. I decided to not move ahead with the interview process as it did not align with my goals, but the interviewers were cordial and professional.
Felt like they were selling me something the whole time. Super easy to talk to, but something just felt off the whole time. Had multiple phases of them explaining why they're so perfect and great to work for (massive selection bias in some of their numbers)
