Started off at a career fair where I talked to a recruiter. A few weeks later I got a call to set up a phone interview. After two rounds of 30 min phone interviews a one on one was set up for the corporate office. The interview lasted about an hour and consisted of basic questions. It felt more like the interviewer was trying to get to know me with a few questions thrown in when appropriate.

There were four or five interviews, if you count the meeting with my future mentor. There were also a few personality assessments. Lots of paperwork. The finance industry is tightly regulated.
