I first submitted an automatic video interview and was then scheduled for a phone interview then lastly completed a video interview with the hiring manager. The whole process took some time but I didn't find it too stressful. The employers were incredibly friendly and provided great support and answered all my questions. I was told through the phone that I received a job offer.
