I was contacted by a talent acquisition rep through Northwell who saw my online application. I had preliminary phone interview with rep that same week where he gave positive feedback. After about 2 wks of back and forth, he secured me an interview for that following week. Interview took place with manager and assistant manager to the floor. They explained the position and then proceeded with the interview. It took about another two weeks to be offered a position, but talent acquisition followed up with me weekly and contacted me right after interview as well.
