Quite extensive for an engineering position, I felt like I was signing up to be a manager. Five rounds of interviews, which contained numerous tests/presentations, through which they made me work before I was even being given a contract. Final salary offer was outrageously low for such a position which requires high education, work experience with this difficult hiring process in an extremely challenging and stressful industry. I would rather become a lorry driver. better pay, less stress and you get to see the countryside of sweden. This whole experience made my question my life choices. Nice people, though, and the small talk was easygoing.
