Very efficient. They provide a tour of unit as well. Mother baby has multiple units so they show you all of them after the interview. Overall very good interview process

The interview was pretty basic for a new grad. It's best to come prepared. Know some basic knowlege of common problems for a unit of interest. Overpreparing is for the better.
Lengthy, really need to send reminder emails to even get an interview. Took about 3 months to have any sort of movement forward with my application. And that's with a strong resume & referral.

Procedural Unit. It is a one on one interview with the Manager. Then after that you will do a walk through the unit. Then you get to hang around to ask the employees any questions you might have.
