I recently interviewed for the Analyst position at Northern Trust. The overall interview process was well-structured and organized.
The process consisted of the following stages:
Resume screening
Online assessment
Telephonic interview round
Video interview
The online assessment evaluated aptitude and role-related skills. The telephonic round focused on my background, experience, and interest in the role. The video interview included questions related to my academic background, relevant skills, and situational or behavioral scenarios. The interviewers were professional and the process was communicated clearly throughout.
Overall, it was a positive experience. Candidates should be prepared to discuss their resume in detail, review core concepts relevant to the role, and be ready to answer behavioral questions confidently.

**Interview Questions:** Questions were mainly related to capital markets, equity shares, financial concepts, and basic finance knowledge. Some behavioral questions based on academic background, projects, and interest in the Analyst role were also asked.

There were only 2 interviews a Hr interview and hiring manager interview. I was scheduled for the manager interview then got a feedback after 3 days. Then i was emailed for the onboarding documents one i accepted the job offer

I applied 4 months ago got mail for appitude test after a 1 and half month the got result after 1 and half month after that interview was scheduled after a week. It went well 2 interviewers were present during interview. It was a good experience they were supportive and questions were not too tough overall it was moderate.
