I was called by HR for a phone interview. The HR rep was very nice and it went okay. The questions were somewhat difficult and it lasted about 20 minutes. Then I was called a week later to come in and interview. Everyone on shift in the pharmacy attended my interview. The questions weren’t pre-planned. It was mainly laid back just getting an idea of my knowledge and personality. Pretty easy.
