was called on the phone if interested in interview, answered yes to coming in for interview, was then interviewed 1:1 by Director of Nursing, was asked various questions including past experience, best experience, and worst experience. Was told of highly possible nurse position would be offered but not totally possible. Waited 2-3 weeks, was then called by company's human resources office on the phone, and was offered the position.
