i had three rounds of interview and then last with HR and then HR share my CV with client and showed them that i am Northbay employee.. but HR never called me back never told me anything about my status in hiring process.. not recommended. as they waste candidate time..

interviewed with Northbay twice: once in 2022 and again in 2025. In 2022, I went through two rounds of interviews but unfortunately never received any updates from HR afterward. In 2025, the company approached me again. I successfully cleared three rounds of interviews (with the Lead, VP, and CTO). Afterward, HR mentioned they were waiting to finalize a customer deal before moving forward, but despite multiple follow-ups, I never received any further updates or responses. Key Takeaway: While the interview process itself was structured and professional during the conversations, the lack of communication and closure afterward was disappointing. Candidates invest their time and effort, and timely updates even if negative are a basic expectation. Recommendation: Based on my experience, I would not recommend interviewing here unless the company improves its candidate communication and professionalism.
