I was called for technical interview after my resume was shortlisted. I cleared technical interview. After that I got an email to give a psychometric test from home and then to appear for HR interview. After 2-3 days got a call, telling that your experience and background does not match what we are looking for. It is bit strange, as it left me wondering, whether they din't go through my resume before calling for technical interview, HR interview and psychometric test.
