The interview was a 2 part online coaching scenario. When I was invited to do part 2, I found out an hour after the email that they had filled all of their spots the day before. I'm unsure why they allowed me to still interview.

It was a mock coaching scenario. There were no questions, only interactions with a mock user on the Noom platform.

Entretien
After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Question 1
Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
