Very simple and straight forward. Amazing staff overall who actually seemed to want to get to know who you are and what your goals are. I would happily repeat an interview or internship with them.

Discussing the motivation to join the organization, what I hope to gain, and what I can contribute. We also discussed % of workload I was able to take and possibility to start earlier than the job post said.
