My experience with the interview process at NonStop.io was structured and thorough, consisting of four rounds:
Assignment Round: I was tasked with coding a React application, with provided APIs. The emphasis was on clean coding practices and logical problem-solving.
Technical Round 1: This round primarily focused on assessing my fundamental coding logic and understanding of React concepts.
Technical Round 2: Delving deeper, this round explored intermediate JavaScript skills alongside React, as well as proficiency in version control with Git and development tools like VSCode.
Technical Round 3: The final round of interviews was more advanced, delving into Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and TypeScript, with an emphasis on understanding the underlying reasons behind coding decisions.
Technical Round 4: This face-to-face interview covered a spectrum of topics, ranging from basic to advanced. The questions were centered around Git, React, Node.js, and Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA). This round provided an opportunity to showcase both practical application and theoretical understanding of these crucial aspects of software development.
Overall, the interview process provided a comprehensive assessment of both technical skills and problem-solving abilities. Each round built upon the previous one, culminating in a thorough evaluation of my capabilities relevant to the role.
