I interviewed for the Manager – Partnerships & Strategy role and completed multiple rounds, including an assessment. After being informed that I had reached the final round, I was contacted regarding an interview slot that unfortunately conflicted with a prior commitment. I was told the team would get back to me with an alternative time.
Over the following week, I made multiple attempts to follow up via phone and email but received no response or update regarding the status of the role or the interview process.
While delays and scheduling challenges can happen, the lack of communication at such an advanced stage of the hiring process reflects a lack of professionalism and consideration for candidates who have invested significant time and effort. Even a brief update or closure would have been appreciated.
The interview process itself was positive initially, but the experience at the final stage left a disappointing impression of the company's candidate experience.
