Slow, cold and impersonal. First step was an online assessment. 6 weeks go by and I get a generic link to take a second assessment. That is followed up by an email letting me know that it's my first round interview. It's one of those one-sided per-recorded video interviews. To have such a lengthy impersonal interview process is off-putting and makes the job candidate feel unwelcome.

The 6 questions I was asked were all basic personality questions and did nothing to assess my actual skills or experience that were applicable to the job I was interviewing for. i.e.How would coworkers describe you?
