Got an email about scheduling an interview a few days after applying. In the interview they asked some basic questions about myself, what I would do/my opinions on certain job related circumstances, and just chatted a bit. Overall was very laid back and took maybe 15 minutes.

Very smooth. Just look for the manager of the department. Tell them that you can do this and that and you’ll get the job. Also, let them know you can lift to up to 50lbs.
