The interview process was well structured and organized, with each stage focusing on a different aspect of the role. I met with several managers, each responsible for assessing a specific area of my experience and skill set. The discussions covered both technical and interpersonal competencies, allowing the team to gain a understanding of my background, problem-solving approach, and how I would fit within the organization. Overall, the process was professional, informative, and gave me a good understanding of the role and the team.
The process took about 3 weeks, I applied on the 20th of January 2026. There were 4 rounds of interviews: recruiter, line manager, Snr PM, and HODs.
