2 rounds of interviews and then a final project. I didn't get the job but made it to final round and submitted the project. They wanted a two page report regarding a potential real estate investment. The other questions were very basic, background, prior experience etc. the culture at this firm is something they are very upfront about, being that it is a Japanese firm projects can come in late at night. They did a good job explaining the environment to me ahead of time.
