Recruiter called and setup the onsite interviews after a phone screen by hiring manager. The interview panel was slightly different that what appeared on the invite. Surprisingly Hiring Manager was not on the panel. Why wouldn't the Hiring manager not be on the panel? Last person to interview had no idea that he was the last. I waited alone for 20 mins and called up the Hiring Manager who rushed to walk me out. Hiring Manager said that she will get back to me. Since then no update from either the Hiring Manager or the Recruiter. Seemed unprofessional.
