Entretien
There was an initial screening interview with the head of Hr/People done via a video call. The next phase was a case study to complete that both showed the technology that the company utilizes to give a feel for what a day would like working there as well as a technical skill assessment wrapped into one. This assessment took roughly 1.5-2 hours to complete and was uncompensated. The communication was clear and their process was explained thoroughly in the initial screening interview.

There was an emphasis on company values which they refer to as "virtues" during the screening interview. It was clear that they value culture fit highly and not just skill set.
