There are dozens of red flags with this company and interview. First I applied on line for the position of Human Resources Assistant with a company called Alpha Management group. A girl called me from the company asking if I was still interested in the position and that the salary was between 30,000 and 40,000 a year and I told her I was. Then when I get there I am told to fill out an application, in the interview the guy told me I was being interviewed for the position of management trainee position and then he told me he makes 300,000 a year and that I could make that too..why would someone making 300,000 a year be interviewing entry level positions. Next step was getting to the 2nd round of interviews where they make you sign a piece of paper saying whatever you do today you will not get paid and that it is voluntary. Basically what that means is that you get teamed up with a supervisor and you are using your own gas to drive the supervisor around and watch him sell make up to business's in person . I then did some research on both companies and found out they are tthe same but changed their name.. Some might call this company a multi level marketing company some might say its a scam either way it is a company you should stay away from. Don't let this company con you by telling you how much you will make because n reality you will be make 70 bucks a week..
