Over the past couple of years, we’ve grown from just under 300 employees to just over 1200 today. Our workforce is extraordinarily engaged and dedicated to achieving our mission to globally transform the transportation industry. In a nutshell, we’re disrupting an old, dirty industry with new, clean technology transportation and infrastructure solutions. We operate at warp speed. We realize (and say often) that start-ups are not for everyone. As a start-up, most every year, our CEO and CFO work to raise the capital needed to achieve success, while the majority of the employee base remains in “building” mode on our projects.
