First you meet with HR about hard skills then you meet the account manager youll be working with. This is all about soft skills and if you dont pass the vibe check then you wont move forward.
In total there were two interviews scheduled – one with HR and the next with my manager. Excited to discuss my qualifications and learn more about the team and company culture.
