The interview was 10 minutes or less. They asked very generic questions, explained company culture. Seemed a little uninterested, like they didn’t want to be there. It was a phone call, test and in person interview.

Very disorganized. got an email from a higher-up saying that they wanted to interview me for a different role than the one I applied for but the person who interviewed me didn’t know what I was interviewing for… I politely declined on continuing with the interview process. If they couldn't get it right during the interview process, I can imagine what working there would be like.
