Group discussion for 10+ years for scrum master role.
Please think about this process. I don't this works where people are shouting and trying to prove themselves. A face to face discussion with candidates must be done for this experience level.

It was simple and very interesting. Everything was related to the current job and more focused on how confidently you answer to the questions asked. It was a great experience and gained a lot of knowledge through each interview process
