Just your basic interview process. Asked about role specific questions and scenarios and about my previous experience working in the ecological field. As an experiment, applied twice using two different names with slightly adjusted CV experiences. The ethnic name was ignored whereas the Caucasian name was given an interview request. Not surprising seeing that their team was all Caucasian, with a hint of nepotism. I see that the original company has merged with another company so let's hope they do a better job at hiring an ethnically diverse team.
