Below is my experience with the organization after clearing their interviews. If you are experienced and plan to join their boot camp then do read the following.
* You would be put in a boot camp for a period of 1 month wherein you would be trained on MSTR and every week you gotta give an exam in which you need to secure more than 75%.
* If you do so in every exam, then you are 'in' else you are 'out' of the organization.Upon clearing the training you got to sign a bond of 2 years.
* If you have a gap of minimum 6 months between the date of your passing out of the college and your first job then you aren't eligible to join this company.
It doesn't matter even if you are experienced. All that matters is not having the 'Gap'. But this rule isn't applicable if your experience is more than 7 years. The client seems to be ok with the 'gap' for a 7+ year candidate and not for a 3+ year candidate.Even though both are 'freshers' to the BI tool being trained.I was told the first 2 pointers and after technical rounds the rule was 'revealed'. However this rule was not applicable for one of my acquaintances. He had a gap of 1 year and was not that technically sound but still was given the offer letter.
I was interviewed by them.I had taken up 2 levels of technical interviews.
I was then asked to submit my docs.Upon doing it,it was discovered that I have a 'gap' between the date of passing out from my college and the date of joining my first job.I have worked for an MNC which is known for a rigorous background verification process. They or any of their clients never had an issue hiring me due to this 'gap'.
I was asked an explanation for this 'gap' and was told that I would be informed after the 'Talk' with the management.
The 'talk' implies the following:-
1) They have all the details about me like my bank statements,PAN Card,Educational and professional docs and they have gone through it thoroughly.
2) The 'talk' would have revolved around my candidature, worst case scenarios that the company could encounter while deploying me at a client location in case if the client is concerned about the 'gap',what salary should be offered, best possible usage of my skill set and so on.
After the 'talk' the HR got back to me stating that the management is OK with it.Hence I was selected. We then had salary discussions, followed by negotiations and I agreed to whatever they offered.I was assured of releasing the offer letter within 2 hrs.But even after 1 week it wasn't.Finally I called to know any updates on progress of my candidature.I was told that once again a 'talk' to the management regarding my candidature is needed. This was after all the possible 'talks' and after verbally committing me the release of offer letter.
Finally the 'D-Day' arrived and as luck would have it I was rejected due to the 'Gap' since very recently some of their clients have upgraded their policies.
* Why isn't the eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisements?
* Why wasn't the criteria including the 'Gap' discussed with me before my technical rounds?
* What actually went wrong that they had to take back their own words.(After all the possible discussions and committing me the release of offer letter).
* After confirming the release of offer letter and rejecting my candidature there was a time 'gap' of 1 week. How did the clients upgrade their terms and conditions within 1 week.
* If they did not upgrade then what actually went wrong?Did the boot camp get cancelled as they could not form a batch of experienced candidates?
* Or did they get experienced candidates who were willing to work on lower salary? Is it not unprofessional and unethical to reject someone with whom you discussed salary and assured release of offer letter?
* I have an audio back up of all the conversations we had.So no one from their organization could deny the above facts.
The positive reviews you see could be fake.Their team might have posted it.
** I had resigned from my current organization when they gave a verbal confirmation of releasing offer letter.
** I later came to know one of my friends whom I referred for their boot camp got selected in spite of having a gap of 1 year. The 'rule' was not applicable to him as he was offered a very less salary as compared to me.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Not much of technical stuff. If you are a Java guy expect some questions on JVM,collection framework,J2EE,spring modules and so on.The focus is more on SQL(Joins, functions etc).It all depends on your luck.My friends weren't asked anything technical.Just what is their project all about? Not even SQL.

one of the worst interview experiences I have ever had in my life. First, they call the candidate in for the interview, and in the HR round, after asking one or two HR-related questions, they say this post is not suitable for your experience. We want candidates with 3–4 years of experience (even though it is mention in the job advertisement that it is for freshers) . Can't they see my resume when I mail it to them? Without even checking anyone's technical knowledge, how can someone reject a candidate?
