I was contacted by one of their recruiters for the position. They said that they liked my resume, I looked like a great fit, and they wanted to talk more about the position after I applied. I applied online, but had issues as it required information I didn't have. The recruiter was unprofessional and no help at all, he also never replied after my application was completed. The very least you can do after reaching out to someone like that is let them know you've gone with another candidate. The entire experience left me very disappointed in Niantic as a whole.
