I applied in the first week of April and received a response after five weeks to schedule an initial interview, which was set a week later. The initial conversation went smoothly, and I was scheduled for a hiring manager interview two weeks afterward. The hiring manager interview was brief and focused mainly on basic questions about PMO and leadership. I was advised to wait around two weeks for feedback, as the manager would be on leave. I followed up accordingly after two weeks, then again after another week, and sent a final follow-up two weeks later — but unfortunately, I never received any response. While the process started off promising, the lack of closure and communication afterward was disappointing. It didn’t reflect the values I expected from a company that promotes itself as being among the "nicest" to work with. Overall, it took about 13–14 weeks from application to final follow-up email only to be ghosted.
