After a couple of calls with HR, there were two face-to-face meetings using Teams. The first was with the Director, and the second with the future teammates. The first interview was good. The director was sharp. The questions were good. The conversation was informative and exploratory. Good Interview. About 45 minutes long. The second interview was with two current managers. The same questions were asked as before. The director joined the call late on but stayed silent and off-screen. About 30 minutes long. Bit loose. The interview ended on a positive note. I followed up after the second interview with an email to HR asking for the next steps and sent a second follow-up a week later. Both went unanswered. I heard nothing. Completely ghosted. Not Nice.
