Once in a two months, they are publishing this vacancy. It seems that they ghost advertising this position but they did not reply or recruit any of the candidates. This is really unfair. I was reached about this vacancy through HR recruiter and she mentioned that they are not providing any feedback on candidates as well. This shows that they want to create some hype about vacancy and not interested to recruit anyone.

Was approached by one of the leads from the recruiting team. The initial coordination until the 2nd round was well coordinated. However, there were no updates from the concerned recruiter post the 2nd round. Multiple follow up calls, messages and emails; all in vain. I believe a recruiter being the first point of contact, shapes the over all experience of a candidate, be it a potential one or not. Every candidate who dedicates its time for the interview deserves a constructive feedback for the same. Its a dismay that the same was not fulfilled by one of the senior members of the team.
