The Worst Interview Process. Salary Documents taken, Current Offer taken , Current Organisation appraisal letter taken and then no offer received. If you will ask for reason, they will say that interview rounds feedback not positive.
They will first take the interview and obviously multiple rounds (4-5) by onshore (Israel) team and team in India (Directors), then they will ask if you have offer in hand, then they will criticise your Current Companies from where you have offer. Then HR interview will take place with Some Senior Director Level HR where they will convince you to join there company as they liked your candidature. Post this, Documents Collection (Salary Slips, existing offer letters, Current organisation appraisal letter) will take place. Then.................Boom, no coming back from company till 2 weeks. I thought of dropping mail and asking for feedback or why the offer letter generation is taking time and you won't believe what was the feedback. They said, that interview is not positive.
Are you Serious?......................without interview feedback being positive only, you will ask for all sensitive documents.
Very very unprofessional behaviour. The company which is behaving like this before joining, GOD knows what they will do after joining.
Please think many times before joining such an organisation.
