After that, you'll have an interview with the VP of Strategy, which usually focuses on strategic thinking, how you can contribute to the company's growth, and your long-term vision. Finally, HR will conduct the last interview to assess cultural fit, work ethics, and clarify logistics like salary and benefits. Throughout the process, everyone is friendly and nice, creating a comfortable atmosphere for open discussions.
