Overall the process was pretty smooth and easy. It was three rounds for me - HR screener, first round with potential teammates, and final round with team managers. The questions were focused around my workflow, how I interacted with business, how I solved problems, and of course culture fit questions. They always made sure to leave time for me to ask questions which was nice. Overall, the communication was great during the process with giving updates, but there was one period of time after the final round where it was silent for about a week or so until I got a message for next steps. My only piece of advice would be to include some touch point in between like "hey we're wrapping up other interviews before we make a decision." Other than that, it was great!
