I recently had an online interview with Nextpoint, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The interviewer focused excessively on deep and obscure topics that are rarely encountered in day-to-day development work.
If you're planning to attend this interview, be prepared for questions that are not typically part of regular development tasks and may not align with your practical experience.
A humble suggestion to the interview panel: please approach interviews with the intention of identifying potential and hiring the right fit, rather than treating it as an exercise in grilling candidates.

An iterative process of meeting with stakeholders and discussing relevant experiences which communicated past technical and behavioral strategies which I leveraged as a candidate while also demonstrating the culture and operational norms of the organization.

The interview was setup with a third party team that was not a good experience. The interview process looks broken. It does not test the depth, nor there is interaction with the actual team but just judged based on rotting ability. The topics choosen are not even being used actively today. One of the worst interviews I have attended.
