Recruiter reached out to me and said I looked qualified for what they wanted (mid-senior iOS app dev). Had an initial screening. I asked about the recruitment process and what to prepare for. I was told the next step would have tech interviews with iOS developers going over iOS topics and code challenges related to app development. It was stated I would not be doing LC style algorithm/data structure challenges. One tech interview started late cause the interviewer couldn’t get the online IDE working. No formal introduction or getting to know me. I wasn’t asked if I wanted to reschedule. There were 0 questions about iOS dev or my experience. I did only leetcode style challenges. The second interviewer showed up and continued to do more of the same code challenges and asked no iOS dev related questions. Neither apologized for their technical issues cutting into my interview time.
