I applied on the Nextdoor website and was contacted by a recruiter shortly after. The recruiter called and I went through a 30 min. screener with him. A couple of days later I had a 30 min phone call with the hiring manager. After that I was told I made it to the final round and would be meeting with 3 people back to back, for 30 min each via video call, and then would close out the meetings with the recruiter. Everyone was very nice and I thought the conversations went pretty well... until they ghosted. Never heard from them again. I had already accepted another job offer so I didn't press, but I did find it a bit unprofessional that I never heard back after all of that.

What types of advertisers I thought would be good fits for various products/sections of Nextdoor. How I would contact prospects and with what cadence, etc.

Took about two months total. Was ghosted multiple times throughout the process. Met with about 10 different people. Dealt with constant last-minute reschedules. Zero response after the "final round", just completely ghosted me. Huge waste of time. Everyone I met with said what a disaster it is internally, so I'm glad it didn't work out and I found a better job. I would not want to work at a place like that.
