I get call from hr for interview process,it was 2 weeks process, there are 4 rounds , 1 hr ,2 technical, 3 managerial technical,4 CEO technical. Questions are average but when I get selected after all these rounds then I get confirmation about selection,then 5 Negotiation round was there in that they tell you that no one is fired or released because of salary in company and in that call joining date is fixed but I never received offer letter ,in return they told me that this position is on hold right now. So if you are going to hold the position then why you waste weeks of time of potential employees if you don't want to hire them..so stop giving false hopes to candidates.
