The phone interview and face-to-face were both pleasant and I enjoyed my time with with the people that I interacted with. The reason why this was a negative experience for me was due to the fact that I took a day off work for a scheduled in person interview at the NextCapital office. The recruiter emailed me the day of the interview asking if I could reschedule. Poor communication.
