Online tech assessment. Small math problems shl style. And then a recorded vid I review with basic four behavior analysis questions so keep in mind strengths and weaknesses and why this job
Selection day is easy to get to. 12 people in my selection day, none of us got through. Group project is probably the hardest task and probably requires some delegation and some kind of leadership to get it done in the short amount of time that there is.
