I applied online and went through a phone screening with HR that described the position and went over my qualifications. Next, I moved on to a 45 min video interview with the hiring manager. She described the position in-depth and asked about my previous experience. She was very knowledgeable about the industry and easy to talk to. I was told that the next rounds in the interview process would involve a performance test administered by the analytics team, followed by a technical data interview that would go over my knowledge of SQL, research skills, and data modeling. I didn't hear back from HR or the hiring manager, so I wasn't invited to continue with the process.

Standard pre-screen. I was told there would be an assignment as well as a technical screen. Based on Glassdoor it looks like the company has a history of just ghosting candidates.
